Melissa Ann Stevens, PMP is a dynamic professional with over 20 years in corporate business and strategy. She has a solid platform for success with C-Levels, Corporate Construction and Residential clients throughout the nation! Melissa has worked with clients like IBM, American Express, Monster Energy, Nationwide Insurance, AT&T, Sterling Commerce, VISA, Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Lennar, D.R. Horton, GL Homes and more.

While creating many opportunities for companies to realize their ROI goals, Melissa (with her husband) established a custom residential building business and was responsible for the daily operations, contracts and land sales/acquisitions for multiple builds, investment properties, and client remodels in Licking County, Ohio. Melissa’s and John’s company, John Stickle Construction was a featured builder in the 1999 BIA Parade of Homes.

In 2017, Melissa Ann made the decision to trade in the snowflakes for the sandy beaches of Southwest, Florida!! She joined the Cape Christian Church in Cape Coral where every transaction brings a donation to the scholarship fund for students all over Lee County. Melissa Ann is an active volunteer of the community working to pass out 18 semis full of supplies after Hurricane Ian and advocates for many of her local neighbors connecting resources to enrich their lives and make difficult times easier for those she serves! Melissa Ann is a member of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA).
